Bring out the chocolate ! Fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate need not be saved for a special date. The next time you have a dinner party or you are scrambling to think of something to offer at a friend's potluck, try this: Wash and stem some strawberries, cut some fresh pineapple, peel and section a couple of oranges, and core and slice a couple of apples and pears (cover with some lemon juice, to prevent them from browning).
