Most of the streets in Campbell are in relatively good shape, but residents say one is in need of an upgrade. The City of Campbell does have money set aside to fix Hacienda Avenue, but they want to do more. The city plans to make the street green by adding LED lighting and planting natural vegetation, fed by channeled rainwater.
